Good luck on the first infusion for both of you.

It looks like this might be a good comparative study, where one of you will be having infusions through a port and the other will be having infusions through an IV cannula in the arm. There might be some noticeable differences between these two methods. I guess time will tell.

Thank you. I have a bag of goodies backed for tomorrow, book, ipad, snacks, earbuds. I have a friend driving me at the clinic's suggestion. Fortunately we are having rain and it's not too cold.
Fingers crossed,
Susan

Got a cramp in my right arm during infusion, muscle in forearm is sore to touch now, like I had been working out. There was an odd feeling in the back of my throat which makes me want to clear my throat and a funny taste kind of. I am a little loopy and glad I didn't have to drive. Definitely some tingling in my hands right hand more than left but it seems to have resolved. I managed to get more than half of a basket crocheted, using the time in the chair to start and finish something with some cord I have had for probably 20 years.
A huge thunder and lightening storm, deluge of rain when I got home. My dog was happy I was hear to comfort him.
One down, four to go.
Time for a nap,

S
