Supplements to help/resolve LARS clustering

I'm currently taking the following probiotic in hopes of resolving/alleviating my clustering issue:
Jarrow - Saccharomyces Boulardii + MOS: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C76HMIS/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?th=1

    - Can anyone recommend a better probiotic for clustering?
    - Are there any other supplements you would recommend for clustering?
I will anxiously await your response...in the bathroom.

I have a permanent colostomy today because I was tied to the toilet as a result of radiation (destroyed 2/3 of my rectal muscles).

It would help if you could create a signature line and give us some background info on where you are at on this journey. Have you had surgery (reversal) recently? If it was recent, it may just require more time. Did you have rectal or colon cancer? People with rectal seem to have more bathroom issues.

There are many people on this forum who have turned to daily enemas to have control over there bathroom issues. Once a day (usually in morning) and good for the rest of the day. You can look at some of the past post in the search bar.

Hope this helps some.

There are members here who know a lot about probiotics. Maybe some of them will have something to say. Also, you might check the embedded link in the post below.

I found some other supplements through my research which I will be taking daily which help overall gut health.
    - L-Glutamine
    - Lactic Acid

You are very new to this process and it will take awhile for your body to adjust. I don't think supplements are the holy grail at this point.

MD Anderson has website with info on how to manage your diet post LAR, bowel surgery. Keeping a food journal can be helpful as well as Immodium (if approved) to slow down the gut.

Best of luck in your journey.

Peace, Kristi

The plan I reference in my original post is from MD Anderson. The plan helps to slow down your gut with fiber rather than Immodium. I'd like to try the natural way first. Just for clarity, is this the MD Anderson info that you were referring to? https://www.mdanderson.org/patients-family/diagnosis-treatment/emotional-physical-effects/bowel-management.html
