I read the threads here, and admire so much about the people who participate in this forum.
The courage of people. The courage of families of people. And the untiring willingness to share information, exchange stories, and sometimes just give a hug when it's time to do that. I admire those putting up a courageous battle and fight-- with uncertainty of outcome.
I have been lucky. It was ten years ago that my surgery changed me from someone afflicted with cancer to someone who was not. And I have been lucky along the entire journey to receive the wise and sometimes irreverent counsel of those who participate here. Which helped. Thank you all.
