Tom always had 'the eye of the tiger' in his battle. I always read his blog and know that he literally helped thousands battle cancer. He will be missed and my condolences to his wife and two daughters.
As a CRC advocate he will be hard to replace.

From the time of his diagnosis until his death, he must have done more for other cancer patients than anyone. His absence will be deeply felt by those of us who knew him, as well those who didn't have our good fortune.

Thank you for this link jdepp.
I have also added it to the In Memoriam post for Tom.

I am also humbled by having known him and agree with your sentiments.
I believe he DID do more for everyone than we could ever have done for him or repaid him for.

Harmony to all and condolences to his loving family.

Tom was amazing, inspirational, one-of-a-kind! He will be sorely missed by many.

He not only educated us on the clinical side of things, giving freely of his time and expertise, but he was such an inspiration to so many. His optimism knew no bounds. He even gave out candy on Halloween dressed as Dumbledorf in his wheelchair! We were all blessed to know him.

Be at peace, Tom.
