Yes, when we have issues we will often be back and forth with a number of folks figuring it out and trying to get it fixed ...
SO the Admins / Mods won't take time to reply to each PM or email ... BUTT will use their time & energies to get things working again.

One sticky post here keeps everybody in the loop.
