Blood or something else?

Hi all. So about 3 weeks ago I had a colonoscopy for what looked like blood (redish-orange slimey semi diarrhea) everything came back clean. I had labs, my Dr. was searching for anemia, all was good there. I also had a CT of the abdomen and pelvis with and without contrast, everything good. What could possibly be causing my poop to be this color? I have not been eating anything or taking meds that would cause this problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
