Anatomy of the female body

I love being a woman but our anatomy is messed up!
I never had a problem with uti's after sex but now it's getting ridiculous. I shower before, bathroom after and still I get an infection.
Does anyone else suffer from frequent uti's after reversal surgery?
Any suggestions for prevention other than abstinence?

Um....I'll go there. Is your partner as scrupulous with their intimate hygiene as
you are? Has using condoms made a difference?

He's very hygienic, hadn't thought of condoms since I don't need birth control. That's a good idea.

I have one question and then I will do a “checklist” I have had many lady problems, been to doctors and dermatologist over the time, apparently I just have a very sensitive and fragile vagina.

Is it documented uti’s that you need medical attention for or something you can nib in the butt?

You may already do all this, but if not it’s helful.

*never wash with regular soap, it destroys your helpful bacteria, use a intima soap with the right PH. My gynaecologist actually said never to use any kind of soap only lunk warm water! And don’t wash more than once a day.

*Make sure you are wet enough lubricants may help, if your to dry the skin can easily get irritated and cause uti’s

*if your PH in the vaginal fluids is to basic and not acid enough in general. you are especially prone to infections. in Denmark you can buy small capsules with natural bacteria to stick up when it’s bedtime. If you can get them where you are, try it out for a week or so !

Lady wipes! Summer's Eve, Always, and Playtex make them. Several other brands available. You can get them individually packaged for on the go too. I tend to like those formulated for women better than all-purpose like Cottonelle.

The old-fashioned remedy is cranberry juice. I drink 1/2 glass every morning because I happen to like it.
