Thanks for bringing this up, OSM. The application has actually changed very little, but it's a lot more professional looking than it has been in years past -- it looked rather generic and was not branded, so we cleaned it up a little bit. There are three changes: a) we are now accepting applications from caregivers as well as from survivors; b) we indicate that models must be present for the entire duration of the shoot and ask for confirmation of that; and c) we ask about the willingness to help fundraise.
On the Rise has morphed from the days of the Colondar, and we are getting a lot more of them in the hands of doctors, nurses, and medical facilities....but there's a cost to that.
