I've just started on the following trial:

I've done 4 weeks of Cediranib and have had one dose of Durvalumab and feel mostly normal so far. It's still to early to say because I'm still recovering from 22 months of Folfiri.

Scan results are in and I've had significat disease progression. I'm out of the trial.
Time for plan B.
The doctors at NIH think Hard chemo is needed for awhile. We're considering some trials and maybe we'll start with a few desensitization treatments of Oxaliplatin while we look for other options.

Yes. I have KRAS mutation as well as TP53 and APC.

Sorry to hear this, hopefully they can find another good trial for you ASAP!
