Thanks you guys. I'm stuck in limbo just waiting for pathology, but getting your responses helps. Google automatically pointed me to the worst. It did lead me here which has helped me calm down a lot. Reading stories and just knowing my questions can be answered helps a lot. Again, thanks.

Update:
My pathology results are back, but they refuse to give me any information, nor will the explain why they are testing me for c.diff when i have no diarrhea nor have I been around it. I scheduled an appointment with them to go over everything and to get my results and a second opinion. From the brief mistake the nurse made it could possibly be ulcerative colitis. The GI doesn’t feel my follow is pertinent. When i asked if it was normal for someone under 50 to have a polyp all he said was he isn’t concerned. I’m thankful that possibly it is not bad, but I would like to know my results and shouldn’t have to fight to get them. I feel like they are hiding something since they won’t discuss with me and they said the could send a referral if I wasn’t happy. All I asked for was someone to discuss the results with me.

How awful they aren't discussing your results with you nor telling you why they are testing for C. Difficile.I hope that you can see another doctor who will discuss results with you!*hugs*
