Your liver has completely grown back since your resection date was back on September 12th. However, there's a fair amount of fluid left surrounding the area that needs to dissipate. Sometimes it can cause weird twinges/pains as it reduces in size and everything moves back into place.
It could also be something simple, like a kink in your intestines or a gas bubble. After you have cancer, it's hard not to worry about every little ache and pain, especially a sharp pain like you had. I'd put money on the liver respositioning itself, but try not to worry. Your CEA is low, your last scan was clear, you're doing GREAT!
