Colon Cancer and Osteoarthritis?

I recently discover I have Osteoarthritis .
Could the Chemo/Radiation I had cause this to flair up? I'm in remission 1 year now however I'm now dealing with excruciating pain in my spine, mainly the neck and just had a cervical facet block done. Unfortunately no relief.
This is making me feel very sad and depressed as I'm finding out there is no cure for this other than taking meds for the rest of my life.

I have a marked increase in arthritis since chemo. Exercise, low inflammatory diet and glucosimine help. Be careful what you tell yourself about your arthritis. It can be managed.
