Mike, I have a friend who just recommended the beachbody site for home workouts. They have a 2-week free trial, so I may check that out. It sounds like they have a lot of variety available, despite the site not really selling it very well. I did some strength exercises with an exercise band this morning for the first time, and that was fine but will get boring fast, I think.
My 3-month bloodwork that would have been in April has already been moved back to May. Everything looked good the last time I was in, so I am not too worried about the delay. I'd rather stay away from the hospital right now.

It's possible that it's due to less coffee as I haven't had any in two weeks. I normally get it at the office and I'm not comfortable with buying it at coffee stores right now.

This makes sense to me Mike; since my ULAR caffeinated coffee has been completely out as I spend the rest of the day in the bathroom. I find I can get away with decaf coffee without being punished too greatly for it though.

A bike seems to make a lot of sense for your application.
I am not coaching in the spring for the first time in over 30 years. Our family has been running/walking together and agave also done a lot of Peloton workouts. They have a 90 day app membership for free. I am impressed with the variety of workouts. It has become “family time” with my college student, middle schooler, wife, and I taking turns picking out workouts. Fun stuff!

All the best
