How long does it take for Keytruda to work?

I ask this because the latest x-ray shows very worrying progression in my mom's lungs while we are still waiting for the MS test result before our onc comes up with a regimen. I have heard immunotherapy takes months to work in some patients and I am starting to worry if there is that much time left for my mom.

Much appreciated if you could share your experiences with Keytruda.

Apparently it depends on the patient. I don't have experience with Keytruda, but some members here have had experience on Keytruda clinical trials.
