Keytruda and Tecentriq are almost equivalent --an anti PD-1 and an anti PD-L1, respectively. One use one or the other, not the two at the same time.
So the combination of Keytruda and Cotellic, IF it is going to work, is equivalent to what it is in the abstarct from ASCO --that is, equivalent to Tecentriq and Cotellic.
It is two agents.
Whatever path you choose, I wish that your mom being comfortable, peaceful and even *happy* is the north that guide treatment!

And remember that Cotellic is just a MEK inhibitor but there are others, maybe more accessible --like trametinib (Mekinist)

UPDATE: We finally secured supply of both Tecentriq and Cotellic (very expensive of course) and the treatment will start in a few days. I may create a dedicated thread soon as I am sure many members of this board would be interested.
