Keytruda and Tecentriq are almost equivalent --an anti PD-1 and an anti PD-L1, respectively. One use one or the other, not the two at the same time.
So the combination of Keytruda and Cotellic, IF it is going to work, is equivalent to what it is in the abstarct from ASCO --that is, equivalent to Tecentriq and Cotellic.
It is two agents.
Whatever path you choose, I wish that your mom being comfortable, peaceful and even *happy* is the north that guide treatment!
