Can you eat nuts after a surgery?
So if you are asking for yourself (and your Signature is up to date) it would be OK for you as I understand it. Please share if you have gotten other recommendations from your doctor.
My doctor told me after a surgery that I could eat anything I wanted.
However, in practice, this was not the case.
My bowel movements pattern was rather unpredictable in the first three months.
Then it normalised more or less.
I am gradually introducing new food, but have not tried nuts yet.
