Transverse Tumors

I've posted here before for myself but need help for my aunt.

She was diagnosed with cancer in the beginning of her transverse colon. Has anyone else had a tumor there? What were your symptoms?

Am I correct to assume she has colon cancer?

Colon cancer does not always have symptoms. I was a stage III and had no symptoms. All my tests that should have been a red flag for colon cancer came back either negative or normal. The only reason I got a colonoscopy is because I had bleeding hemorrhoids, and my PCP thought those hemorrhoids were going to be my excuse to get my baseline colonoscopy early in life. I truly believe that referral saved my life.

I had two synchronous tumours, the large one in my transverse which was a complete blockage, and the other was in my sigmoid.
I had mild stomach discomfort but closer to diagnosis I was vomitting daily and it looked like coffee grinds in it.
