Early success in RO688 trial

Postby Julie YW » Fri Apr 28, 2017 10:17 am

I am on the same clinical trial as Tim UK is on. It was because he shared his progress on that trial that I became aware of and pursued the same trial. And now, only a few weeks in, I'm having early positive responses -- disappearing liver mets, dramatic shrinkage. Below is a link to my blog post with more details. The preliminary data for this trial (NCT02650713) will be presented at ASCO so it's definitely a promising protocol.

Great job! I've been reading your blog and following your progress. We're kind of peers as you and I are around the same age (I'm 43) and I was also Stage IV but somehow (working hard like you) got through it. Sucks but what can ya' do?

KEEP FIGHTING!

I'm MSS and KRAS WT. This trial seems to wotk regardless of KRAS and BRAF status.
