My CEA is still normal but has never been under 2.7 ish. Labcorp high norm is 3.9. This reading was 3.4 and I had fasted 12 hours, no water prior to the test and happened to do a search that brought up the fact that a low HDL reading has been proven to cause all groups to have higher end readings (you'll have to read the paper to understand) no matter BMI, prior smoking status and more.
My good HDL has been low every year (4 years) that I have on record with Blue Cross.

Meanwhile, my CT scan of my chest has not been released and I'm beyond freaked out. The imaging center doesn't have anything to do with 'My Chart' so they have no answer and I left a message on the doctor's test result line because I don't see him for almost 2 more weeks. I hope to hear back quickly from him/ them. The imaging center offered to re fax the results in case they were misplaced. Does that mean the doctor is the one who allows me to access the records.... Looked up the fine print and the doctor releases the test results once he's seen them. My doctor usually gets around to allowing my blood work to be posted about 2 weeks after Labcorp has them online for me to see!
My MRI/ MRU were great. Those were ordered by the urologist. The 4 teeny mm nodules in my lungs since my very first CT scan in 2/ 2009 have been deemed benign and were no longer to be noted. Meanwhile, I'm falling apart!
