"Featured Survivor" Models for 2018 ?

I thought that the deadline for submitting applications was February 28, 2017. A month has now gone by and the invitation to submit applications is still being displayed on the ColonClub banner, and the link for drafting and submitting an application is still live as of March 28, 2017.

What does this mean? Does it mean that applications are still being accepted even though the application deadline has already passed? (I don’t understand)

Applications were indeed due by 2/28 and the 2018 featured survivors have been selected. I will email Trish to see if the application can be taken down.
