Neulasta: the possibility that it may encourage tumor growth cannot be ruled out ?!

This is from the prescribing information. It seems to say there is a possibility that neulasta may actually cause further tumor growth!!! Has anyone's doctor warned them of this?
DH - dx Dec 2014, stage IV with bladder & peritoneal involvement - non-resectable
Colostomy
FOLFOX failed
FOLFIRI failed
Tumor actually distending pelvic skin
Not a candidate for last-ditch pelvic exenteration
Stivarga finally begun 2/19/16
Tumor growing/fungating
Lonsurf started 11/18/16
Died 3/10/17

My mother's oncologist did, yes. He was not a fan of it, prescribed it when absolutely necessary only.

Folfox + Panitumumab
5fu+Panitumumab
Folfiri + Avastin
Cetuximab monotherapy
Immunotherapy: Tecenriq (Atezolizumab) single agent trial: failed

I wonder if the same risk factors are indicated with the use of Neupogen as well? Does anybody know?

:shock: wow now it makes me wonder if this is the reason why Folfiri wasnt effective on my fiance... he was getting the neulasta shot throughout his 8 folfiri treatments :shock: :shock:
Fiance – Diagnosed 7/ 2015 @ 41yrs old- rectal cancer
Initial staging - T3N0M0
4 tx of Folfox/5FU
28 radiation with Xeloda
LAR surgery 3/17/16 final stating T2N1M0.

Rough Recovery
9/16-Recurrence @ resected area
Biopsy - Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, with signet ring cell features & neuroendocrine differentiation.

8 tx of Folfiri! No shrinkage everything stable .. lymph nodes behind his abdominal area grew a little bit
4 tx of Erbitux + Irinotecan- No shrinkage everything stable
