Neulasta: the possibility that it may encourage tumor growth cannot be ruled out ?!

This is from the prescribing information. It seems to say there is a possibility that neulasta may actually cause further tumor growth!!! Has anyone's doctor warned them of this?

My mother's oncologist did, yes. He was not a fan of it, prescribed it when absolutely necessary only.

I wonder if the same risk factors are indicated with the use of Neupogen as well? Does anybody know?

wow now it makes me wonder if this is the reason why Folfiri wasnt effective on my fiance... he was getting the neulasta shot throughout his 8 folfiri treatments
