Laproscopic sigmoid resection rectopexy, constipation, complications, daily enemas

In Sept of 2013 I had a laproscopic sigmoid resection rectopexy for a rectal prolapse. Before this surgery I had a healthy BM every other day. After the surgery I had complications with severe constipation, fissures, hemrrhoids and where they attached my colon had almost closed off with scar tissue. I had to have a balloon dilation, fissure closure and hemmrhoids stitches. I was in the most pain I had ever experienced. I went to therapy were they did pelvic floor exercises and biofeedback. I had the radiology evacuation paste test and the marker test. I have tried every medication under the sun and have never been able to have a healthy BM since the surgery. Miralax makes me have soft ribbon stools then I get hemmrhoids. I've tried all kinds of doses and multiple mixtures, even acupuncture. I now do daily tap water enemas for relief and I am expecting my first child now at 31. I am worried about how I will get by when I am further along with my pregnancy, I am now almost 5 months and it's getting harder, especially since I work full time as a supervisor in a fast paced er some days it's hard to even walk. I some days can't lay on my left side because of the pain from the constipation or gas. I've always had pain in my side after surgery and going down the left side of my buttocks. I also have some urinary incontinence since the surgery if I try to pass gas I have to concentrate on holding my other muscles so I don't pee myself. I'm posting this on hers in hopes to find a support group of someone going through a similar situation. I never understood after 4 doctors no one could help except by telling me that my only option was I could have more of my intestines removed and I would go to the bathroom 5-8 times a day. No thanks I don't want another surgery and I don't want that many BMs a day. Anyone else out there?
