Stage III, T4bN1 Tumor 7x6.5x2. Muscinous Adenocarcinoma with SRC features
2/16 lymph nodes
CEA 4/14/16 - 16.8
CEA 6/2/16 - 1.9
CEA 6/17/16 - 0.87, 7/16 - 1.33, 12/16 - 1.14, 4/17 - 0.6
FOLFOX began 6/24/16 - 11/25/16
10 round FOLFOX, 2 round 5-FU & Leucovorin
MRI & CT 8/16 - NED, CT 12/16 - 4/17 - NED

Congratulations. Thank you for posting. It gives such hope to us Stage 4ers. I plan on being around way past the 5 year mark too.
47yrs and mother to a 12 year child with autism
Cancer confirmed 9/23/15
Ext right hemicolectomy 10/13/15
35 Lymph nodes & 6 cancer told Stage 3C.
Nov 15 Oxy, Leucovorin, Flurourcil
CT and PET Scan told that cancer was now in abdo & neck lymph nodes.
STAGE 4 told two days before Christmas 2015.
Oxy, Leucovorin, Flurourcil & Panitumumab
MARCH 2016 NED - currently in remission. Stage 4.
After 3 sessions of Vectibux.
PET & CT SCAN July 16 - Still NED but still on chemo and Vectibix.

Congratulations on both news items!
Female age 51.
CC diagnosed 10/13/16 at first colonoscopy.
Lap colon resection 11/21/16, removed ovary & fallopian tube.
T4N0M0, stage IIC.
Lynch negative.
Power port installed 12/19/16.
12 rounds FOLFOX done 6/16/17.

I'm just a dude who still can't believe he had a resection and went through chemo (currently 6 years NED). Is this real life?

Thank you very much for posting this wonderful update! It is very important for us new on this journey to receive such news. It gives us hope. Thank you again for your time to post this and congratulations!!!! It means a lot.
Sept.2016: Mom dx/rectal cancer (sigmoid rectal junction). MRI shows no mets
Oct. 2016: Open surgery. T3N0. Grade 2
Nov. 2016: Pre-chemo CT - 10 mm liver spot right lobe
Nov. 2016: PET/CT scan shows 4 liver mets (4-12 mm) in right lobe and one met 8 mm in left lobe
Nov. 2016: FOLFOX + Avastin started on her 71st birthday
KRAS gen 2 G13D mutant, BRAF Negative, MSS
March 2017: Oxi stopped after 9th tx. CT scans w/ contract every 2 months - small shrinkage/stable
April 2017: Evaluation for liver ablation(s)

4 surgeries, complete pathological response
CEA<2 since 10/2015
NED since May 2016

Stage IIIB cc surgery 1/7/09. 5/17 nodes. 12 tx FOLFOX
Stage IVa 2/15/12. CEA 6.4 PET = 1.5cm liver met. HR 4/11/12 No chemo

NED April 2017 Eight yrs, 3 months since original dx. Five yrs. NED post liver resection.
