So glad I chose to drop by the colon club tonight, and so good to hear you are still doing well!
Congrats on this cancerversary!
Tomorrow is my two year scan, can you believe it!
Hope to post NED news next week as well when I get it.

hysterectomy, abdominal lining partly removed
Peridonitus, stoma fitted, 6 abcesses drained in abdomen

3/2015 Folfox, someones playing kill Bill inside me
9/2015 finished 12 rounds,
First scan results: NED!!!!!!!!!
4/2016 ct scan: NED!!!
7/2016 ultrasound: NED
10/2016 cr scan: NED
5/2017 ultrasound: NED 2,5 yrs!
CEA 8/2017 1.8 stable.

What's the news on your scan?
Amsterdam is a good place for celebrating, only need a good reason, like NED?? :)

Jan 2013 - colectomy @ spleen 2/26 nodes IVa T3N1bM1a
Feb-Jul - 1x Xelox-7x Xelox/Avastin, shrinkage from #3
Aug - 2x PV embolization (both failed)
Sep 2013 - R liver resect, 25d hosp (liver failure/delirium, lung emboli, encephalopathy), no living cancer (pCR)
2014/15 - recovery, scopy: 2 polyps
2016 - new town/life
2018, scopy: 2 polyps
2018/20 low (1.0-1.4) CEAs/clean CTs: 4x2014, 6x2015-17, 3x2018-20
next June 2021!

,this morning I got my scan results, I have made it to 2 years NED!!! I'm still clean!!
Emotional moment, now I am over the big hump and the chance of mets is decreasing dramatically!!
Tomorrow my 45th birthday.

LAR 1/15/16 w/temp ilieostomy
Xelox 3/17/16 - 2 rounds then paused for ilieostomy reversal 4/22/16
& to Clear up C. Diff infection
Restart Xelox 5/19/16 - Final infusion 7/21/16
Finish Xelox (oral Xeloda) 8/3/16
8/17/16 CMP & CBC normal; CEA Zero!
9/26/16 Colonoscopy clear
10/5/16 CT clear

Congrats Annemiek!!!! I love reading these uplifting posts.
DX 6/29/16 7 cm tumor, 10 cm fr av
CT scan ab,MRI abdomen - 9mm spot on liver,CT scan of chest lungs clear
Special staging MRI - clinical staging stage 3b - T3N2M0 (unless spot proves to be met)
8/11 PET scan - spot lit up not nodes
8/16 Port in, 8/17 liver microwave abltn - spot gone
8/23 6 rds FOLFOX started
PET scan 10-13 43% red of tumor and no mets shown
Exam tumor greatly reduced. Surgery 12-14-16.
Clear margins, 7 out of 13 nodes positive. Tumor 2.1 cm
Kras wild, MMS, not MSI. 6 more rds FOLFOX

Yeah, Godesses are still with me. The proviso has lapsed. Had a peek at the results of yesterday's scan and all is well / no changes vs May. Only difference is that they also picked up the recent rib fracture that is calcifying nicely, caused by getting a cycle wheel stuck in the tram rails in our new home town, a month ago. Proof that the evaluation was thorough :)

Also CEA is nice (1.3) again; see updated signature.

It'll be a relaxed ride to/from the meeting with my surgeons, next week Tue.
