Any recommendations on prevention diet?

my nutritionist said I should not eat meat that has growth hormone because it would grow cancer cells in me. 7 years NED after Stage 4.

DH does no red meat and the chicken and turkey and eggs we buy are organic. He eats salads 3 times a day that include all cruciferous vegetables. He eats tons of blueberries and apples. He exercises 1 hour a day - weight training and runs about 3 miles. He also takes several supplements recommended by the doc at MSK. He has been NED since surgery for stage IV.

His oncologist recommended someone in the integrative medicine area of MSK. We had mentioned wanting to use a naturopath and she said they have that service. I am sorry I don't remember his name because we only met with him once. He prescribed several supplements that have been proven to work through trials so I think it's worth an appt.
