Hi pink,

I've seen the surgeon and he seemed somewhat confused about the results. Also I'm still leaking lymph fluid. I guess he will clarify it Abit further when I have my appointment. They don't seem too concerned but Iam very worried.

You'll probably have to talk to your oncologist about what to do next. I would imagine some adjuvant chemo.

Try to not worry so much. You need to rest and heal now. But if you feel the doctors aren't answering your questions, be assertive 8)

Best wishes for a quick recovery!!

Swirdfish,

Just wanted to follow-up and see how you are doing. Have not seen you post on this subject which is very similar to mine. Local recurrence is scary. I also didn't have clear margins, and am going to do more chemo Folfox 6 rounds. I am also going to do everything in my power to avoid a recurrence, lots of coconut water (I have two trees in front of my house and my dad comes and picks it for me), soursop tea my mom makes from the tree leaves, vitamin D3, moving around alot and not being sedentary.

Best Wishes for us both brother!!
