Happy to report clean CT scans 3 months post-op Learned that when Dr Kemeny only spends less than a minute with you and reports good scans, there is nothing left to say. All good news - praise God and keep fighting!

Incredible. I remember the first day you came to the forum. They said he was unresectable, you went to MSK, they did HAI and resected and here Jesse is NED. Im so glad for you, but my God I wish we had gotten second opinion on my mom early on. She was also dx'ed unresectable.

I still get regretful thoughts that I did not encourage him to get colonoscopies earlier when I myself had 1 in 2008 and another in 2012 due to issues and family history. We ignorantly thought his family had no cancer history and made bad assumptions. I mean seriously he drove and picked me up 2x. Right place - wrong person in the bed.
I hope you are comforted in time with happy memories!

Same here! I told DH to get a colonoscopy when he turned 40 just because. Maybe it was a gut feeling, who knows. He didn't want to and I didn't push it. At 41 1/2, stage IV colon cancer. I hate myself sometimes for not pushing harder.
