Prayers for midlifemom

Postby Pita » Sun Oct 02, 2016 12:30 am

Does anyone communicate with her outside of here? She hasn't been here since Sept 18th. Hopefully only taking a break from CC.
Worried since last month her chemo was failing and she was going to decide between a trial or hospice... :(
I think this was the last post she started but never responded to anyone.

Hi All,
My DH and MLM share both local oncologist and MSKCC oncologist and we have been blessed to meet MLM several times and share treatment info.

She has been our inspiration and compassionate and intelligent guide over these past months.

Please keep her at the top of your prayer list at this time as she is on hospice.
I write this with a breaking heart as I still pray for miracles for all of us.

OMG that is not what I wanted to hear but feared, I can't thank you enough Mary for the news, have not been able to get her off of my mind for days.

I'm speechless breaks my heart and so many prayers going out to her and her family. Perhaps a miracle will happen, she has always touched my heart and I will pray for one. oxo...mlm

Mary you are so fortunate to have met her, Is there any way we can send her notes? Perhaps she has one of those pages for people in hospice?

Let me reach out to her husband and I will let you know what I can find and if we can get some encouragement to her. I have always been able to count on her to be among the first to reply here with always valuable information and selfless help. I would love to be able to be the one to help her in any way here. I am certain my DH owes his current health to her and the rest of you and will be forever grateful.
