Postby tarheelmom » Tue Sep 13, 2016 2:24 am

For the past week I've had hours and hours of urgency and clustering from about midnight to 5 am. I was doing ok for a while, but this is having a big impact on my ability to function during the day. I just needed to vent ....

Oh chit...
Been there done that I feel really bad for you. I hope your taking Imodium. A hot bath with Epsom salt will help relax muscles and make the butt a little less sore.
It does get better with time but in the meantime call your surgeon and ask for help. I got a prescription for belladonna opium suppositories that really helped.

Aww Tarheel, sorry for the crappy timing! (pun not intended)

Wish I had some advice but I'm coming up blank.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this!*hugs* I can have many small bowel movements a day along with urgency that drives me crazy. I haven't found anything that really works. I have to be careful with immodium because it works too well for me if I take more than one pill at a time or take it too often. I hope you can find something that will work!*hugs*

I can have same issue with immodium. I try to remember to buy the tablets, that way they can be cut in half.
