Actually salvaged a Poke costume/balloon from last Hallowe'en
puffed it up a bit
strung it to a thin rope / pulley system and weighted the other end with a sandbag.

YES ma' homies who know me well .. this is NOT ending well

"we" had a gathering of PokeMorons on Saturday, 8-9 buttheads with their ear pods in, eyes on their electronics ..
NO idea about their surroundings except some NimNoo said "Ok go here... Pokemon secret energy... bullshit yada yada yada "

As I pulled the slip knot, releasing the weighted Pokemon effigy AND fired off my air horn and home alarm system .......

as an update :
today a young boy (5-6?) and his older father / young grandfather ? were pacing in front of my house
with their heads buried in their cellphones

I had just put out a dead upright freezer which zonked, for the scrap collectors

kid and old man scurrying back and forth and pointing to the park and the freezer ... I guess
who knows what the hell goes thru their minds ....
but it was apparent they figured they had captured or collected some wonderful cosmic shit near my freezer
