Just saw on Facebook Colorectal Cancer Survivor page that Sophea Tann has finished her fight against this horrible disease. I've followed her posts and I think she was on this site as well. Last time she posted about some issues she was having and then weeks later she's gone. It seems to be the case one week people post then a few later a friend or family member posts that they've passed on. I so hate this disease and what it does to some of us. I just figured I'd pass it along being some may have known her and her journey
