CT scan -clear

I'm happy to say that my 6 month scan from surgery is clear!! Weirdly, even my 2 mm lung nodule is gone. None of the docs ever said it was cancer, rather that they are not worried and that we'll just check. My surgeon who gave me the results said the nodule was never cancer. Anyway, i am not looking for trouble if there isn't but i find it weird.
Did this ever happen to you?

Great news! I had a possible spot on my liver at one point in the past that my surgeon seen on one scan, then it was gone after (or not seen), could be similar situation. I was told recently about a small spot/cyst in my liver again. Who knows if it's the one my crc surgeon seen over a yr ago or not. But they don't think it's cancer.
