I have been dealing with worsening neuropathy for about a year, and recently have noted similar increase in "shock" like sensations in my hands when my neck is bent forward. I also have a history of psoriatic arthritis of the spine, so I wonder if that is exacerbating the pain of the neuropathy?
I see my rheumatologist next week, and I suspect she will suggest an MRI (who doesn't love even more scans?). I do know the sensation is blunted when I take Ativan or gabapentin or use MMJ
