MSS Trial: Anti-CD27 (Varlilumab) and Anti-PD-1 (Nivolumab)

Here is a MSS Trial that has been open for awhile but I don't see a post from me listing it (unless I'm blind always possible )
It combines Anti-CD27 (Varlilumab) with Anti-PD-1 (Nivolumab).
There is good preclinical data in mice and I have heard some recent (unconfirmed) buzz on this one. It has sites nationwide.

Hi Sha,

The trial's inclusion criteria does not mention KRAS=status, this implies that they feel a similar response is possible whether a patient is KRAS-mutant or KRAS-wildtype.
