MSS Trial: Anti-CD27 (Varlilumab) and Anti-PD-1 (Nivolumab)

Postby DK37 » Sat Mar 19, 2016 7:25 am

Here is a MSS Trial that has been open for awhile but I don't see a post from me listing it (unless I'm blind always possible :) )
It combines Anti-CD27 (Varlilumab) with Anti-PD-1 (Nivolumab).
There is good preclinical data in mice and I have heard some recent (unconfirmed) buzz on this one. It has sites nationwide.

Hi Tom,

Do you know if this trial might work for KRAS mutant mCRC?

Thank you so much,

Hi Sha,

The trial's inclusion criteria does not mention KRAS=status, this implies that they feel a similar response is possible whether a patient is KRAS-mutant or KRAS-wildtype.
