This evening, a casual acquaintance asked me "How are you feeling?"
To my knowledge, this person doesn't know about my diagnosis, but this was clearly not a casual "How ya doin'?" Type of question.
I wanted to respond "why are you asking" butt really didn't want to seem rude.
So how would you answer such a question without offending the person, who seems to truly care, but you don't know how much they know.
