Yes, that's the one I'm referring to. It's an old link to the 2012 NCCN guidelines in the Abbreviations & Terminology sticky thread. But then, could be my computer too. Who knows? My guess is their link needs to be updated yearly (oh no).

The NCCN guidelines to standard of care, for those that don't know, is a good fundamental guideline to chemo & target drugs by stage. BTW, it does mention clinical trials, KRAS/NRAS testing, but not MSS/MSI that I have seen in a quick review while double checking my link in the Clinical Trials & Other Important Links sticky thread. It also explains staging. There is a guideline for patients & one for clinicians, of which the latter cannot be accessed (I'm guessing, w/o membership).

List of Drugs Approved for Colon and Rectal Cancer

Postby O Stoma Mia » Thu Feb 04, 2016 10:56 am

Nothing too detailed on anything, just things to consider / ask onc about to make sure nothing falls through the cracks...

Here is a webpage that gives a list of all currently approved drugs and drug combinations for colo-rectal cancer -- everything from Avastin to Ziv-Aflibercept. This list does not include other types of therapy, such as radiation therapy or special types of surgery, and it does not include unapproved drugs that are currently undergoing clinical trials.
