Here's a prior thread that has some suggestions: viewtopic.php?t=3869

Here's another link that my husband found useful: https://carezone.com/blog/packing-for-a ... ad-to-have

Best of luck tomorrow.

IIIB--T3, N2a (6/24), moderately differentiated, genetic testing--negative for mutations
CEA pre-surgery 3.5
FOLFOX began 8/15
Oxaliplatin dosage reduced at Round 8 due to WBC issue, began Neulasta for that
Oxaliplatin ended at Round 9 due to persistent neuropathy

Thanks for posting the link to the Carezone article. It looks very comprehensive and is in line with what I would suggest.

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow! Hope it goes well!*hugs* I packed an outfit to go home in. I wore the hospital gown. I did bring a robe and slippers to wear when I walked the halls. Also the robe was good if I was cold. The hospital provided shampoo and soap/face cloths and towels. I wasn't allowed to shower so I just gave myself sponge baths in the bathroom. I had a semi private room. The nurse washed my hair once. I also brought my toothbrush and toothpaste, kindle, my boyfriend's ipod touch, and some magazines. I paid for the tv but didn't watch it much. For my pre-surgery testing I had a handwritten list of my medications but they wanted one from the pharmacy. Thankfully they called the pharmacy and were faxed a list. Next time I will know to obtain a printed medication list from my pharmacy. The hospital provided my medications on the same schedule that I took them at home. The only one that was slightly different was one of my blood pressure medications but it was in the same class.
