MSS-CRC Immunotherapy Phase 1 Trial at Johns Hopkins (PD-1 + Epigenetic Drugs)

Here is another experimental Phase 1 clinical trial that I find scientifically interesting - so I am keeping a close eye on - another second strategy to attempt to make MSS-CRC "cold" tumors "hot". This one is exclusively for MSS patients & exclusively at Johns Hopkins.
It uses two "epigenetic" drugs in combination with a PD-1 inhibitor. In CRC animal models the drugs remove immunosuppressive signals - so enhance the power of immunotherapies such as PD-1 inhibitors. At least in animal models...
There is no CRC human clinical trial data released yet.

do you think by simply calling they would tell us if they had any responders ? unlike MSK they don't charge, however in MSK I had very clear questions and they didn't mind to get back to me with answers.

A long shot but in life in general I always follow the adage it never hurts to ask!

Thanks once again for this information! Sounds like an interesting trial. So thankful that there are new trials becoming available specifically for people who are MSS. I was feeling like there weren't any other options for my DH and I was feeling a bit frustrated. This gives us some hope for the future.
