The surgeons have their drug tables, not me. The one I saw was a blurb in a huge ring binder. It is a stand alone use, not in combination with the proton pump inhibitors, which interfere with cimetidine benefits.
The table's dosage was much higher than this, like 2-4x higher dose, done twice before surgery, as well as our earlier anti-cancer doses.
