Hi,
Most of the posts seem to be about the BRAF mutation.
I have grade 3 mucus MSI high plus BRAF V600E. So far have had 9 cycles of pembro PD1 inhibitor since End of December and has worked well so far with no new spread and all bits of cancer in lymph nodes shrinking, no organs involved so far since my sub-total collectomy and first line chemo failing.
I also went to a Veg diet avoiding meat, fish, eggs as seemed to feel like cancer growing when I eat them. Don't get me wrong I love meat, but feel ill or as if cancer growing after eating it.
I read an interesting article recently which seems to suggest that the BRAF mutation likes a high fat diet:

So if this is true maybe a combination of starving the cancer of high fat intake plus a PD1 inhibitor if you are MSI high and have BRAF?
Also another patient on a trial with a cancer very similar to mine got to NED status with BRAF using a PD1 inhibitor.

Waiting for results of CT-scan yesterday. Probably in 8 days time since oncologist is on holiday next week.

David
