Off to surgery tomorrow

Postby janderson » Thu Sep 03, 2015 7:53 am

I haven't updated about my condition on here in a while. Basically all of the ablations and SBRT I have been getting over the past several months seemed to have worked on all of the tumors with the exception of the one tumor on my right 10th rib. For some reason that tumor is VERY aggressive, but fortunately it is only attacking the bone and not any nearby internal organs. So tomorrow I am having the same surgeon that did the 3 liver resections on me resect 3 of my ribs. Hopefully I will be in a good place after this surgery since 2 doctors have told me that they don't see any other active disease at this point. I ask that you keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
