Four weeks (Xeloda,mitomicin,radiation)

Two more weeks,
Yesterday I had my second mitomicin infusion, I fill bad .
Neuropatiqa start on my hand and feet. It is painfull, do I need to told this to doctor? But they will be lower my dose, what I don't want to. It fill like I have cramp and fire inside, the skin was little red, so it is painfull to walk. And fatigue, I hate this. The burn in but it the same one , outside it is ok , inside it is wors.
I know this week will be the "best" on side effect, I mean itis will be the wors. But I am tired.

From my experience, tell everything to your doctors. They won't necessarily reduce the dose; they may just prescribe something to alleviate the symptoms.

But tell them everything.

Not sure if its the same with this cancer but ill say it anyways. Stay hydrated. Lots of Gatorades. Lots of rest.

Had 5 wks combined rad and xeloda, Gatorade for sure, I got low potassium after first few weeks.

i also got hand and foot syndrome (sore palms and soles), lots of skin peel after but not painful.

Hi Tanya, how are you today? What's the official last day of your treatment? Mine is Sept 18th. Long way to go. So far I am ok.
