Immunogen is conducting clinical trials using their ADC treatments for solid tumors.
Amgen and other major drug companies are involved in these trials.
ADC s bond chemotherapy to just cancer cells thus sparing normal cells.
Hopefully this treatment will be combined with Immunotherapy treatments like checkpoint inhibitors or CAR T Cell in the near future.
The cocktail model which turned HIV into a chronic disease will hopefully do the same for all solid tumors
