So I bought this salad called Fall Detox Salad

OK, I thought it sounded interesting with good roughage & fiber. Ingredients: Shaved brussels sprouts, carrots, celery, sunflower seeds, golden raisins, red grapes, real maple syrup, hemp seed, chia seed, lemon juice, sea salt, and cranberries.

I had one 1/2 cup serving at lunch today. It certainly does clear you out and everyone else in the room with you. I highly recommend it for anyone who has constipation issues. It could even clean you out before a scope!
