the lump is nothing

Postby helen098 » Sun Jun 14, 2015 8:09 pm

after a lot of tests and sleepless nights I found out the lump is from the breast reduction surgery I had in dec

officially it's a fat necrosis basically a lump of fatty breast tissue formed do to damage to the breast...in my case the surgery

the plastic surgeon wants me to return in dec (assuming it remains the same size), it should go away on it's on if it
doesn't then he will remove it no big deal he will cut on the other site so there will be no problem with the breast looking good

went to nyu in Manhattan imagining center and I just want to say if I ever have cancer again I want to go there ....it was like a real nice hotel...only
they probed and squished my breast. Can you believe they would only look at the one with the lump as the insurance would not pay for both
since I had a mono/ultrasound last oct......unbelievable

thanks for all of the support , seems like I will be around here for a long time

fyi I finally was able to celebrate by cancer birthday 9th on june 6
stage 3A surgery 6/6/6 finished chemo jan 07
11 5FU/12 Levcouorin/10oxaliplatim
