Oh CR....I am so sorry!
He looked like one big cutie.
There are so many things people could say but when you lose a beloved furpup....no words will make it any better.

I am a firm believer that you will see him again one day. I have a very hard time believing that God put these beautiful creatures in our life for just a short period of time. He gave you love....and you gave it back. Your life is better for having Atticus in it.

Much love, thoughts and prayers

We had a family dinner / early b-day party / silent remembrance for the big guy tonight.
His family was together and he loved nothing MORE, than being with his family

He was here in spirit and we missed him

I know Atticus's spirit is still walking beside you. You two were so connected. He will be your spiritual ballast as you wander this world. And he will be there to greet you in the next one.

I am so sorry for your loss.

Thank you for your support homies. It means a lot to me.

JJ ... yes actually he really was my walking partner, and taking care of him
got me out and about during a few CRC recoveries.

Now he is with me in spirit as I walk all those same routes we did together.

Oh, CR, I just finally read through the last few of your updates on this thread. I am so sorry. Atticus was obviously very very loved. He was so lucky to have you and your family. So many pups never know love and care like you gave Atticus. From one animals are my life person to another ..... my heart is with you in your great loss. Thank you for loving him and all of the other animals that you have cared for in your lifetime.

Good luck on your echocardiogram today. Will this exam be done in conjunction with a treadmill stress test?

Take care. See you after the dust settles!
