This is one change that is easy for anyone to make, and looks promising.

I got mine from Amazon. I have Amazon Prime so I got free shipping.

I got mine from Amazon as well and it came quite quickly. In the pictures, it shows the pooper with his feet on the squatty potty to the sides and leaning forward slightly. I've found that feet on sides and sitting up nice and tall works better for me. It probably depends on where your tumor is located. I was miserable, going ten or fifteen times a day and several times in the night. I think my body thought the tumor was feces that needed to be expelled and it would bear down in a most unpleasant and painful way. Now, I am much more productive, only have to go two or three times in the morning, and don't wake up in the night to go. It's not painful anymore and my body doesn't do that bearing down thing like it's pushing a baby out anymore. I think it's a combination of the chemo/radiation shrinking the obstructing tumor and the Squatty Potty. My quality of life has improved immensely.

I highly recommend it for anyone who has bowel issues, chronic or occasional. I wish I had bought mine months ago.

I got from Amazon also this week and it's great.

I would request that all members on this board try this as it's a natural harmless way and may work better than a lot of supplements.

This is great, I am getting the squatty potty for everyone to use. I was going to say a new way to use the loo but I realize this is the primitive way and it is only us modern humans doing it wrong.
