Do I hear a scream for ice cream?! :)

Get on YouTube & watch your favorite comedian for a few minutes. That'll get the stink out of ya. Give yourself some comic relief. I'll get you started:
They say one out of every three people is crazy. Think of your two best friends. If they seem okay to you, then you're the one!

I hate to even think about hiring work done. Doesn't matter what it is.
Family... don't get me started. Me & Little Miss Chloe are doing just fine.

Can't be in your little elite club though. After all, I am...

"We are FAM-I-LEE.
I got all my sistas with me."
Sing it CR!
I once heard two of my afflicted family members going at it tooth & nail. One said to the other, "Ain't you got no class??" They had no clue as to why I was howling with laughter. (And mortification that we have a genetic link.) There's no cure for stupid.
Stand strong CRguy. Sometimes you just have to draw your line in the sand. Only those with open minds may cross. XXOXO, Delinda. (Love the D2 moniker.)

A variation on the "you can't fix stupid" theme....one that I constantly have to tell myself is "you can't care more than they do." I've wasted countless hours in my life trying to help people who aren't willing to help themselves. I understand that in some cases one might feel that there is some implicit obligation to help, but I often find myself well into Enablerville when all that's needed is a swift kick in the ass.

Thinking of you and hoping the shinola is starting to dissipate....

My 21yo daughter moved in with me a month ago because she had nowhere else to (bad choices). I've tried to make it work butt it's not working. We have not lived together since she was 17. I try and have happy around me as much as possible and she's raining on my parade (very small one). I asked her to move out and still feel bad, but it's not working for me. Can't have disrespect under my own roof. Have it in the classroom almost every day - need a break at home :? In the club
