6 wks rad/Xeloda -finished 9/06
1st attempt transanal excision 11/06
11/17/06 XELOX 1 cycle
5 months Xeloda only Dec '06 - April '07
10+ blood clots, 1 DVT 1/07
transanal excision 4/20/07 path-NO CANCER CELLS!
NED now and forever!

She had such a knack for writing so eloquently what we all feel with this disease. Beautiful post written by a beautiful person. I hope Stephen and their kids are getting through this. :cry:

Holding back the tears. I'm at work so I can't cry, but God bless Belle and her husband and children.

I had to really hold back the tears as well.

Recurrence 2/7/2014, liver, chestwall mets, 16 rounds chemo
7/3/14, y90 radioembolization, steady shrinkage
12/8/14, cryoablation to liver and chest wall
6/1 to 6/26 SBRT radio surgery
7/2 more cryo ablation to right lung
7/16 lung infection drain tube installed
9/4 chest wall resection to remove 2 ribs

Sounds like a pretty perfect family to me. My prayers and thoughts for Stephen and the family left behind. And thanks that Belle is at peace and pain free.

I aspire to write like her, to live like her, I'm sad to not have known her. She left her mark on many. So beautiful.
12/7/12: 30 yrs. old, Dx stage 4b.mets to liver, ovary, nodes, ommentum.
7 months chemo, shrinkage!
8/26/13 HIPEC, colon resection,hysterectomy, appndx, gallbladder out.
9/12/13:leak in colon, temp. loop ileost, home 9/18
11/3/13: liver resect.
1/2014 Ostomy reversal, one week later, abcess surg., fistula, tpn.
No more chemo, NED since 11/13
